PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Blue Diamond Security Solutions regard the privacy of our clients with the utmost importance.   The identity of present and past clients will not be passed on to a third party under any circumstances without the express permission of the client.   The client’s permission will be requested in each and every event that their identity is required to be divulged to a third party during the course of a contract.

Any previous contracts, discussed in relation to possible future contacts, will be outlined in broad terms so as to not identify the client, their business or personal details.   Attendance at venues can be used as examples of previous contracts as long as they, in no way, identify any client.

All our Officers sign a Confidentiality Agreement prior to employment and are willing to sign any agreement protecting the Privacy and Confidentiality of a client drawn up by the client or the client’s agent.
